Introductory webinar
A brief update from the first EN-TRACK webinar. The recordings are now available and you are welcome to dig in!

On 20 May 2021, EN-TRACK hosted its first introductory webinar. The aim was to introduce the project, explain what we hope to achieve and inform our stakeholders of the possibilities of being a part of the EN-TRACK community and shape the outcome of this exciting initiative. The EN-TRACK project coordinator Mr Stoyan Danov, a staff scientist at CIMNE BEE Group, the International Centre for Numerical Methods in Engineering, started out with an introduction to the project and what to expect from the EN-TRACK data-sharing platform.

In addition, we invited Mr Steven Fawkes, an internationally recognised expert in energy efficiency, as our guest speaker. Steven is the principal author of the Energy Efficiency Financial Institutions Group (EEFIG) underwriting toolkit, and currently sits as a senior adviser to the Investor Confidence Project. Steve has been involved with EEFIG since 2016 and acts today as a member of the EEFIG European steering group. At the EN-TRACK webinar, Steven shared some of his insights into the needs and the context required for expanding the data ecosystem and setting the scene for the introduction of the data-sharing platform being developed in EN-TRACK.

This introductory webinar is the first step of the EN-TRACK co-creation process which will allow us to produce a platform that fulfils the actual needs of the end-user – essentially, we need you to help us provide you with the platform you want.
